Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 weeks. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Packaging & Shipping Methods

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Large prints are shipped in heavy-duty tubes and smaller prints are shipped flat with protective backing. Books and toys are securely boxed with appropriate cushioning. We ship via Canada Post and other reputable carriers depending on destination and package size. Shipping method is selected at checkout.

 Tracking

 You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

  Estimated Delivery (these are estimates and not guaranteed)

  - Canada: 5-10 business days after shipping

  - United States: 7-14 business days after shipping

  - International: 14-30 business days after shipping

  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  Shipping Rates

  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and package size.

  Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

  Refunds and Exchanges

 All sales on all products are final. However, we cannot control what happens in shipping and sometimes in rare instances, your print order could arrive damaged. If so, please take photos of the damage and we will endeavour to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

  Damaged Items

 If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery at studio@garytaxali.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will endeavour to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

  Lost Packages

  If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at studio@garytaxali.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide updates on the investigation.

  Order Confirmation

  You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
